How It Began

The first Learning Conference was in 2009 and it continued annually in Chicago, IL through 2011.  Typical conference attendees want the knowledge and strategies they can implement immediately when they return to the office.  So this was the vision for creating the Learning Conference – everyone walks away with actionable learnings and the answers to the “how to’s”.
The other part of the vision is to allow every attendee to benefit from every presenter (no break-out sessions). So, after a short break and hundreds of requests, it’s back by popular demand – The 2023 Learning Conference.

SPEAKERS

Speakers are being carefully selected for each of the Focus Areas in this conference to ensure the highest value, and solid “how to” takeaways are provided to every attendee.  A few speaker sessions are still being evaluated. If you would like to be considered, we invite you to submit a thought-provoking, informative session to join the ranks of seasoned speakers who are passionate about sharing their expertise in HR, TA, and Leadership.
